For genuine emergencies inside the M25 we target arrival within 90 minutes, day or night. Standard repairs are usually booked same-day or next-day into a two-hour window, and you'll get a text with your engineer's name and live arrival time.
Are your tradespeople qualified and insured? +
Yes — and only for the trade they carry out. Gas work is done by Gas Safe registered engineers, electrical work by NICEIC approved electricians, and all operatives are City & Guilds (or equivalent) qualified, DBS-checked, ID-badged and covered by £5m public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
How does pricing work — are there hidden charges? +
No hidden charges, ever. You're told the call-out price when you book, and the engineer confirms the full price with you before starting any work. Parts are charged at trade cost with the receipt available. All prices include VAT.
Do you guarantee your work? +
Every job carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee, and parts carry their manufacturer's warranty on top. If something we've fixed fails again, we come back and put it right — free.
What should I do if I smell gas or lose all power? +
Safety first: if you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency line free on 0800 111 999 immediately, open windows and doors, and don't touch electrical switches. For an area power cut, dial 105. Once you're safe, call us and we'll take care of the repair.
How can I pay? +
Card or Apple Pay with the engineer, bank transfer, or all major cards over the phone. Landlords, agents and business customers can apply for a 30-day trade account with consolidated monthly invoicing.
